The collections in consultation encompass the block of applied and fundamental scientific disciplines. They want to introduce  the basic concepts of the contemporary scientific knowledge and its history through encyclopaedias, dictionaries, bibliographies, manuals and the most representative treaties of the Italian and international publishing production.

From computerized positions users can surf on internet and use on-line databanks and specified CD-Rom databanks.

The Pure Science Collection Office and the Applied Science Collection Office render assistance to every reader through the bibliographical information service via telephone and via e-mail service.

In this room can also be consulted the Research Doctoral Thesis.
